The LRC currently accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay only at the facilities only for the daily transactions. We are not taking online or phone transactions.

The City of Urbana is excited to announce the implementation of online payments! Through the Citizen Self Service portal, businesses are now able to pay online for general billing invoices.
We encourage you to visit https://urbana.munisselfservice.com to register your account to take advantage of online payments. Once on the website choose “Citizen self service “on the left side of the page.
If you are unfamiliar with this process, after you register, you can also click “Resources” in the upper right corner (after you register and log in), then click on “CSS for General Billing Manual” for on how to register and pay general billing invoices.
